RULES AND REGULATIONS OF PIT STOP GUIDE LLC

• The consumption of alcohol or drugs, legal or otherwise, in any form, while in the field or while operating a vehicle on the Property, or while in immediate possession of a firearm is prohibited. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate expulsion from the Property and termination of any hunting privileges.

• Each person hunting must possess all applicable and required hunting licenses, stamps and permits for the game they are hunting. Hunters will observe all wildlife rules and regulations including bag limits, gender of prey, method of take and hours of allowed hunting.

• Before starting a hunt, each hunter will be given a pass from Pit Stop Guide LLC and will wear such pass to be visible. Hunters will observe basic principles of hunter safety, including wearing blaze orange clothing to be visible to other hunters.

• Each person hunting must have the legal right to possess a firearm and if that right has been terminated suspended or revoked by any applicable jurisdiction, then that person is not eligible to hunt on the Property. Non-hunting individuals who accompany those individuals hunting may not carry or use a firearm.

• Hunters are responsible for removing all game taken during a hunt and are not permitted to detach certain parts – such as the head – and abandon the carcass.

• Hunters will be given a map depicting where hunting is allowed and where it is prohibited. Specifically, hunting and shooting is prohibited on the entrance road, near (within 100 yards) of buildings and livestock and within 20 yards of boundary fences and right of ways.

• The open range is fragile. When operating a motor vehicle on the Property, hunters will use best efforts to stay on existing roads and paths. Gates should be left in the open or closed position they are found.
